How to Make
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- Sauté the Onions: Without cleaning the skillet, add olive oil and butter. Once melted, add the sliced onions and stir to coat.
- Caramelize the Onions: Cook the onions for about 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
