How to Make BBQ Cheddar Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just well combined.
  3. Crack the egg into the mixture and blend until thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and mold it into a loaf shape.
  5. Brush BBQ sauce on top of the meatloaf for glazing.
  6. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
