How to Make BBQ Cheddar Meatloaf
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just well combined.
- Crack the egg into the mixture and blend until thoroughly incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and mold it into a loaf shape.
- Brush BBQ sauce on top of the meatloaf for glazing.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
