- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, then set aside on paper towels to drain (5-7 minutes).
- In the same skillet, add crumbled sausage and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Using the same skillet, cook the hash browns until golden brown and crispy, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste (6-8 minutes).
- Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl, pour into the skillet, and cook until fully scrambled and fluffy (3-4 minutes).
- In a large bowl, mix the crispy bacon, sausage, hash browns, and scrambled eggs.
- Spoon the filling onto the middle of each tortilla, sprinkle with shredded cheese, fold the sides over, and roll tightly.
- Place each burrito seam-side down in the skillet and cook until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Slice the burrito in half and serve with fresh salsa and avocado slices.
