Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, then set aside on paper towels to drain (5-7 minutes).
  2. In the same skillet, add crumbled sausage and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Using the same skillet, cook the hash browns until golden brown and crispy, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste (6-8 minutes).
  4. Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl, pour into the skillet, and cook until fully scrambled and fluffy (3-4 minutes).
  5. In a large bowl, mix the crispy bacon, sausage, hash browns, and scrambled eggs.
  6. Spoon the filling onto the middle of each tortilla, sprinkle with shredded cheese, fold the sides over, and roll tightly.
  7. Place each burrito seam-side down in the skillet and cook until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Slice the burrito in half and serve with fresh salsa and avocado slices.
