How to Make Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously spray a pie baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and blue cheese dressing in a large saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and melted, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese until completely melted, then fold in the shredded rotisserie chicken.
  4. Transfer the mixture to your prepared pie dish. Sprinkle remaining sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
