  • 8 oz Egg Noodles cooked
  • 2 cups Chicken (cooked/shredded) rotisserie or canned
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or canned
  • 1 cup Milk more for extra sauce
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup can substitute with cream of mushroom
  • 1 medium Onion (diced) or use onion powder
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) or garlic powder
  • 2 cups Cheese (shredded) cheddar recommended
  • 6 slices Bacon (cooked/chopped) can use turkey bacon
  • 1 cup French Fried Onions optional for crunch
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the ingredients in a medium bowl: cooked egg noodles, shredded chicken, corn, milk, cream of chicken soup, diced onion, minced garlic, shredded cheese, chopped bacon, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into the greased baking pan evenly.
  4. Top with French fried onions evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until heated through and golden brown.
  6. Serve warm from the oven.
