How to Make Lemon Drop Bars
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Spray an 8-inch or 9-inch square pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until fully combined.
- Transfer the graham cracker mixture into the prepared pan and press it down firmly.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Optional: Top with candied lemon zest for an extra pop of flavor!
