Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
  4. Add chopped spinach, diced green chiles, ground cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together well.
  5. Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Top with fresh pico de gallo before serving.
