Method
 

Instructions
  1. Allow your butter to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, ensuring it’s soft enough to mix easily.
  2. Using a stand mixer or hand beaters, whip the softened butter for 2-3 minutes until it’s light and airy.
  3. Gradually combine the pomegranate seeds, honey, brown sugar, and chopped almonds into the whipped butter.
  4. Stir in chives, roasted garlic, cracked black pepper, and red pepper flakes separately.
  5. If creating fruit-based butter, gently fold in the fruit after the butter is mixed.
  6. Use a spatula to transfer each flavored butter onto a serving board, shaping them artfully.
  7. Top with chopped walnuts and pecans, drizzling a touch of maple syrup over the sweet butters.
