  • 14-20 frozen dumplings any variety including gyoza and potstickers

How to Make Viral Baked Dumplings
  1. Preheat the Oven to 400°F.
  2. In a baking dish, combine lite coconut milk, Thai red curry paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add spinach to the dish, place frozen dumplings pinched-side down on top, and pour the sauce over.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20-40 minutes according to the depth of the dish.
  5. Remove foil, garnish with cilantro, scallions, sesame seeds, and chili crisp, and serve hot.
