- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 4-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- Brown the ground pork in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes.
- Sauté the chopped onion in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
- Mix in taco seasoning and water, stirring until well incorporated. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Combine the salsa, green chilis, cream cheese, black beans, and corn, mixing well before removing from heat.
- Layer 2 cups of Fritos corn chips at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the ground pork mixture evenly over the Fritos, followed by shredded cheese and remaining Fritos on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melty.
- Serve hot, customizing plates with taco toppings.
