Liquid Base
  • 1 bottle Chilled White Wine (e.g., Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio) Substitute with a dry rosé for a different profile.
  • 1/4 cup 100% Agave Silver Tequila Omit for non-alcoholic version.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (optional) Adjust to taste; maple syrup can be used.
  • 1 cup Carbonated Water Substitute with club soda.

Preparation
  1. In a large pitcher, combine diced mango, watermelon, sliced peach, lemon, and lime.
  2. Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with the fruit to release their aromatic oils.
  3. Pour in the chilled white wine and the tequila (if using). Stir gently to blend.
  4. If desired, add honey for sweetness and stir well.
  5. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours.
  6. Before serving, give the sangria a gentle stir and pour over ice-filled glasses. Top with carbonated water.
