- In a large pitcher, combine diced mango, watermelon, sliced peach, lemon, and lime.
- Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with the fruit to release their aromatic oils.
- Pour in the chilled white wine and the tequila (if using). Stir gently to blend.
- If desired, add honey for sweetness and stir well.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours.
- Before serving, give the sangria a gentle stir and pour over ice-filled glasses. Top with carbonated water.
