  3. Add Butter: Drizzle in melted butter while stirring until smooth.
  4. Ferment the Batter: Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rest overnight at room temperature for 6-8 hours.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Stir in whisked eggs and baking soda until combined.
  6. Cook the Waffles: Preheat waffle iron, pour ¾ cup batter and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Keep Warm: Transfer cooked waffles to preheated oven at 250°F while finishing batches.
