How to Make Zero Carb Yogurt Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
- Whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt, and melted butter until smooth.
- Mix in the baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum. If you're using almond flour, add it as well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
