Method
 

How to Make Kani Salad
  1. Slice the cucumbers in half lengthwise, then cut them into thin julienne strips.
  2. Gently pull apart the imitation crab sticks into thin strips.
  3. Cut the mango into thin slices, then add them to the bowl with the cucumber and crab.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the Kewpie mayo, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha.
  5. Divide the salad into two bowls, topping each with thin slices of avocado.
  6. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and panko bread crumbs on top.
